Open to students between the ages of 4 and 18 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Workshops are structured around 1-4 sessions per workshop, offering students an introduction or more intensive exposure to specific topics. They are conducted by institute faculty and visiting experts. Areas of coverage include the performing arts, visual arts, architecture, history, philosophy and literature.
All dance classes are taught under the overall supervision of Swati Bhisé.

This course will introduce students to the study of Hindi in a format that makes young children comfortable with
the spoken language, and introduces literacy. The study of Hindi will be integrated with Sanskriti’s broader curriculum
so that students can identify common threads and make connections across various aspects of the performing arts.

Learning to speak and communicate. Tamil is an ancient classical language and one of the official languages
of India, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. It is from the Dravidian language families and has an unbroken literary past
which is a vital link to the study of India’s rich cultural heritage.

This course is based on an integrated curriculum designed by Swati Bhisé and will include dance, music,
dramatic arts, and story telling. The objective is to introduce young children to the diverse elements of
Indian culture, spark their interest, and inspire them to focus on one or more specific areas going forward.
Boys and girls can explore theatre, story telling, and enact conversations through this medium.
